I am also waiting plus i had responded to an expedite request on 09/13/2013 and now nothing. I am so discouraged . Perhaps i should not even have tried to Expedite. People with NOA1s of 10 days later are getting approved . I am so so discouraged right now. NOA1 of 07/08/13. protest6wz.gif

Eeeeee.... I just checked the site and the K1 application before us - (granted there are several employment etc applications between their number and mine) ... but they got approved yesterday!

Do they process all K1's together, or do they process the employment ones etc in between the K1's... or is it separate group of people that process each kind of form? not sure if that makes sense.

I hope ours is next - although when I log into USCIS, it still says last updated 8/16/13 :(

I haven't been able to figure out how they process the applications because the ones directly before and after mine were approved much earlier than I was. Keeping my fingers crossed that yours is coming very soon!

Flying to Seattle on 6 May 2014!

I wish I knew their process. Mine and two before mine are not approved yet. One directly after mine was approved Monday. There is also a mixture of approvals, not yet approved, and RFE's a few numbers after mine. All activity was from this week, so maybe it's coming soon!

Hi July K1 Filers! Anyone of you experiencing delay with NVC? We received NOA2 approval last August 29th but NVC says that they have not received our petition. I called Manila Embassy and they can't assist without MNL #. Our NOA2 says that the petition was approved and was forwarded to the listed consulate. Not sure who to follow up on *confused*.

I called Manila Embassy and they can't assist without MNL #. Our NOA2 says that the petition was approved and was forwarded to the listed consulate. Not sure who to follow up on *confused*.

There seems to be a 5-8 week period before files are shipped to NVC, from what I can see lately, so it can take a couple months for them to even receive it. Then some have reported NVC is telling us it can take 2-4 weeks to get a case number and have the file shipped to the appropriate embassy/consulate!

Some are getting through much quicker - one other VJer I saw had the NVC to MNL process done in just a few days (happy for them, jealous for us, hehe!)

So you should be up pretty soon for the notification from USCIS that your file has been shipped to NVC - probably start keeping an eye out from Oct 3rd!

It's kinda frustrating, isn't it??
