Today has been a bad day for me. I overheard my boss's boss telling someone she doesn't understand why anyone would go outside of the country to try and get a wife when there are plenty of women here (and then she said something about Russia, I assume she was talking about me). And I've been reading about all the I-129F approvals and I was just feeling sorry for myself because my case hasn't been looked at at all since 8/15, I just checked it 15 minutes ago. Well, I went to check my email and one minute ago I got an email stating my case has been approved!!!!! What a relief! Now I can tell Alina the good news, I hope she is as happy as I am :) It's like a huge weight has been lifted off my chest. But it does still suck that people at work are gossiping about me :(

Janet, yay congrats! I guess our change of address really was just them changing our address then :P

I think that the change of address is when they put in the address of the beneficiary to send packet 4. The reason is when i got my noa1, it said beneficiary's country was unknown. So i think that before they approve they put in beneficiaries address because my address didn't change.

Congratulations everyone! :D Welcome to the NV waiting game!

A few words of advice...Take a look through the NVC forum and our own July Filer forum as to the trends for NVC. Also, to busy yourselves start getting together your I134 materials and checking what your beneficiary will need for their interview.

Have a wonderful weekend!!
