Eek! My heart was just in my mouth when I had an email from USCIS...sadly it just said this:

On September 13, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) that you filed. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.

Bit weird as we changed the address a week ago now. Maybe it means someone physically went into the file and put a change of address form into it...who knows. I'm hoping it's reminded them that my file is waiting ;)

Aw I know just how that feels - every text/email I got made my heart stop a little. Them acknowledging the address change sounds like a good sign, though, I bet it'll be soon for you!

Flying to Seattle on 6 May 2014!

I'm surprised you didn't flip the table tongue.png

Haha! I promise I'll find a table to flip when I do finally get a yes. It might even be at work (I'm a teacher), so that should give the kids something to talk about!

I filed my I129F on July 3, 2013. My case approved on August 28, 2013. I called NVC today, they give me a case number and they told me that our case already sent to GuangZhou Embassy on September 6, 2013. While i check online, it says " Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section"...

Anyone who has the same status as me??? I check with my fiance , he didn't received anything from the Embassy yet? Hopefully, he will get the notice soon...

Good luck everyone

I'm not sure what the process is like for China but my best suggestion is for you to call the embassy to check if they've received your file and when your fiance should expect to receive packet 3/4 from them. The China regional forum might have more info too. :)http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/94-china/

Hey all! Did everyone get the email this morning about the change to the timelines? We can now update them to include the Texas transfer, so if your petition was filed at the Dallas lockbox, sent to Vermont and then transferred to Texas we are able to change our timelines to reflect this.

Apparently, VJ will wait a few weeks for people to update their timelines and then change the way the NOA2 statistics are shown...so in a few weeks, if as many affected people as possible have updated their timelines to show that their original service center was VSC and they were then transferred to TSC, us VSC-TSC transfer folks should have some fairly accurate NOA2 predicted dates smile.png

Yes. I updated my timeline. This is great, because before i put that information in the rfe section, and my timeline wasnt accurate.

Yeah good call, being able to see who was transferred and when will be really useful.

Apparently May VSC filers have been transferred to TSC in the last week or so. Might mean the rest of us TSC transfers won't be getting our NOA2s until they get the May lot out of the way.

Under "processing dates for common forms" it gives you the dates :)CSC is currently June 4th. I believe that this is based off member data so not 100% accurate but it gives you some idea.

Thanks! Does that mean the processing estimate showing on my timeline is based off of that?
