I have just got the NVC case # today, and the lady when asked for IIN said oh yes you do have an invoice id number but you can't do anything right now we will email you the choice of agent form.she mentioned they had my email address on file from the i 130 g1145.the case was loaded past friday.

however i have 2 questions, can i email them the ds 3032 template right away? or do i wait for their ds 3032 email? bit unsure

also, i am currently in US but will leave to be back again with my husband. can i make my dad my choice of agent? that is the same address we plan to stay after moving out from here(abroad)

thanks,

or do i wait for their ds 3032 email? I waited until I paid my AOS fee bill to email the DS3032

bit unsure also, i am currently in US but will leave to be back again with my husband. can i make my dad my choice of agent? You can make yourself it doesn't matter if you are here or not they will contact you through email.

That is the same address we plan to stay after moving out from here(abroad)

thanks,

thanks f4life, but since they mentioned they have my email - will i get the AOS fee in snail mail or email? coz if its snail mail thats our overseas address(hubby's) and it takes almost 3 weeks for this mail. thats the only reason i was concerned about the ds 3032 email.

so AOS fee is kind of linked to them accepting the ds3032?

aos has nothing to do with ds3032

when your case is available online send the ds3032 regardless

I was unable to access my account online, and the nvc rep said I could send the ds3032 right away.. still took almost two weeks to get accepted

I would call nvc back to confirm both email accounts have been aligned with the case number.. I had to give mine even though they had the original g-form also
