July 17, 2013 - and no violation other than $85 speeding ticket. That's it. Simple case under 3 years happily married.

I see so your 3 year anniversary date is October 17 2013 right ?

i think based on what i read you can expect to be put in line for interview 30 days before October 17 2013 which is September 17

Im in same Boat i did Early Bio on 08/12

my ANNIVERSARY date is 10/26/2013 , NO update as of yet ?

Also the FBI Name check can be a reason to slow process down , I Called USCIS and spoke with Tier 2 officer and they told me no Update on name check as of yet ....

I think they Put you In line status 30 days before your Anniversary Date if its no Hold Up in the Record/ Name Fingerprints/ Name /check

You can try to Call USCIS But need to request Tier 2 Offices as Tier 1 only has info we can read from USCIS status check Online

If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Can you Guys Please Update YOUR ELIGIBILITY DATE SO WE CAN SEE WHEN YOU WAS PUT IN line status

Immibie...read this very carefully. You keep asking the same question and keep receiving the same answer, but still don't seem to understand.

1. You get placed in line 30 days before your anniversary date if you file in the 90 day window.

2. Based on your anniversary date you will be put in line on September 17, 2013.

3. At some point after September 17th, 2013 you will be scheduled for your interview.

The interview could be scheduled the very next day after being put in line or it could be several weeks after that. But you won't see any further action on your case for another 2 weeks and 5 days. At that point you will receive your in line status update, and then you wait again for you interview to be scheduled.

I'm great thanks! I know from asking and studying the timelines a bit that we only get in line about a month before anniversary date. Mine is this Sunday. I'm not sure if I'll get an in line status update then though, because it is a weekend day and Monday is a holiday. If I do I'll definitely come back and update. I applied about 3 weeks after my window opened too so my wait for in line isn't too bad. :)

Based on ATL's processing time I'll probably be waiting another month and change for an interview to be scheduled.

I'm so sorry. LOL. I don't mean to be. It's just hard seeing you ask, and ask and ask some more when the answer is always the same. smile.png
