and if you need a marrage visa straight away, or could we get married then save up fr visa after i get home ? so as i understand she will have to have that visa to come here on ?

id be coming straight back..but we would have to save up for gf or wife to come over to live with me..hope this makes sence lol....thanks......

If you are interested in UK immigration then you should find a UK immigration forum. You can get married in the US without a visa, unlike the UK.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
