Thank you very much sir. I have checked on ceac that my status is "issued". Is this is what i think it is?

Very good! Issued means you are almost done. You have to take that seminar in Manila and then book your flight. We are still waiting in AP but they kept her passport so I hope we will soon be in "Issued" mode as well. Congratulations!
