I agree. They should put the State's Attorney's office on trial for Prosecutorial Misconduct. That would have a better chance of a guilty verdict than this trial has.

I wonder how many humans they've actually watched expire? It's not fun especially if you're the person who did the killing.

There is a key two words "law enforcement". They also get about a 1000% more training than GZ.

This is a guy who says "he forgot" he even had a weapon on him, yet states he always carry's? He doesn't sound too knowledgeable of firearm usage, procedures and/or safety in my opinion.

The point is that carrying a certian way does not make one guilty or not guilty.

Did he make a statement "he forgot" he had weapon on him?

For the record I only carry when I leave my home for an extended period on the road like on vacation. I never carry going to target. If the world is that bad there I'd more.

Ok, I have not seen that statement but most time he has been saying TM was reaching for his weapon and in self defense he fired.

If the previous witness were correct and TM was on top and taking punches at GZ his self defense claim would be valid.

yes, and i gotta call bs on that one. if you forget, the weight of it will remind you pdq.

Hmm couple things would vary on size of the weapon and if someone has been regulary carrying it just becomes an habit so weight might not be noticed.
