GZ is cold blooded.

He sees the death photo's of TM and has no reaction? This is when he finds out he's only 17 years old?

He may have mild aspergers...you see no emotion from this guy.

He had a Keltec 9mm with hollow points and one in the chamber? I never carry with it racked and I have a safety on my semi auto 32. I wouldn't advise that to anyone.

first thing i suggest here is never carry anything that doesn't start with a .4 :hehe:

Because if you carry a weapon with no safety (the Keltec 9mm) you most likely would shoot yourself or shoot someone on accident.

In my opinion if you want personal protection carry a revolver. No misfire and no jams.

But that's my opinion.

revolvers are a good choice for in close - some semi autos can be put out of battery if pushed against something (like someone)

Police woman has some good questions on the video.

When TM asks GZ "do you have a problem with him" instead of saying "no I don't have a problem" why didn't GZ identify himself as neighborhood watch?

As they suggested, the question "Do you have a problem" suggest that TM thinks he's been followed since he acknowledges that he's seen him prior.

Reaching for the phone in the mind of TM could have been a threatening move. (Their speculation on the tape not mine)

GZ also had a flashlight in his hand that was not on, this black object could appear to be a weapon also. (Their speculation on tape, not mine)

I'm also not hunting, so why carry a large caliber? A .22 can kill, ask the mob.

I thought CNN wasn't legitimate media. Why do we care what their talking heads say?

I guess at some point they have to start back tracking in preparation for the not guilty verdict that is sure to come. That way they can claim they were right all along and hope no one remembers what they said 2 months ago.

Has this audio ever been published? These cops ask great questions.

why carry at all?

Why make .22 handguns? Ask the manufacturer.

Next question...

I'm not sure how this answered my question.

Expecting CNN to admit they were wrong is like expecting Fox News to do back track on the mistakes they make daily. Won't happen.

why carry at all?

Because anyone who is sane carries when they go to Target.

It's only evidence, they are building a house with it.

What seems a point for defense is quite possibly a brick in the foundation of a conviction.

Ppl carry in various config based on their comfort level, just coz someone had a round in chamber and safety was not on does not make him or her guilty.

Most law enforcement officer carry in the same way round in chamber and safety off.

I'd have to find a meth head first and then put a couple in him, and then ask.

Lets stick to the trial and not my choice for a concealed weapon.

There is a key two words "law enforcement". They also get about a 1000% more training than GZ.

This is a guy who says "he forgot" he even had a weapon on him, yet states he always carry's? He doesn't sound too knowledgeable of firearm usage, procedures and/or safety in my opinion.

combative witness your honor.

if you're not hunting, why carry at all?

Key word is defense. Hunting is the opposite of that...i.e. wanting a fatality upon discharge.
