I'm sure every murderer would not be charged if they based the case on the survivors/murderers testimony alone. Well, unless there was a witness or a confession.

This needed a trial of some kind.

I'm surprised nobody commented on GZ's cursive writing?

It was so horrendously unreadable the police officer could not read the statement.

Thus meaning that GZ should have went to medical school instead of studying law enforcement.

Clear sign he is guilty his handwriting is bad.

Actually she said she had on contacts, which I also know, are not nearly as effective when reading as glasses.

Her problem was more eye sight as she said. They showed it on TV and I could read it no problem.

Once again was this really a prosecution witness ?

She just testified that she thought GZ showed no anger or dis respect toward TM. She said she had on a cross, and asked her was she Catholic. She said no she was Christian. He told her words to the effect of he committed a sin killing someone, she replied she did not think so since it was self defense.

Is the defense going to rest after the prosecution finishes. It has been another blood bath for the prosecution.

Of course he had no ill will, he's being interviewed for a shooting?

I agree. They should put the State's Attorney's office on trial for Prosecutorial Misconduct. That would have a better chance of a guilty verdict than this trial has.

What the hell is the point of carrying a gun around if it's not ready to shoot? Might was keep it unloaded as well.

I wonder if cops carry their guns around with the safety on or not? That's a serious question by the way. I don't know.

Because if you carry a weapon with no safety (the Keltec 9mm) you most likely would shoot yourself or shoot someone on accident.

In my opinion if you want personal protection carry a revolver. No misfire and no jams.

But that's my opinion.

30 yards or 30 feet? So maybe TM hit GZ and then started running home? Has any expert determination been made as to how close TM was to GZ when he was shot? TM's body position when shot? That should tell a lot.

THAT and not the miscellaneous BS thus far is likely to be the point at which it becomes obvious either this was a show trial or the story as told by George crumbles and the prosecution becomes justified.

Talking heads at CNN said it is obvious that the Prosecution is getting frustrated with its own witnesses. The last witness, the policewoman who took the statement, bolstered the defense again and the prosecution became flustered with it's own witness.

I am waiting to see if one of these witnesses actually helps the prosecution

Just for the record the analyst at HLN (CNN) were fairly strong TM leans when it started
