In all honesty, is anyone surprised that there is some confusion and discrepancies? No one here could go out and do something and tell the story over and over word for word and describe each detail the same.

GZ states that TM was shot from anywhere between zero and 2 feet away while TM was on top and bullet exited straight through the body.

My mistake. I thought they put the plastic bag under the body to stop air from escaping. So it must have been on top on the entry wound.

I always thought the "you have a problem now" line was hilarious. It sounds straight out of a bad movie.

It was boring to me because it was re plowing very plowed ground.

I don't think her looking manly has any outcome on this.

One thing that was pointed out was that she did not video the interview with GZ. She testified that the video equipment was there, and it was procedure to video but she did not know how to work it. ( pointed out by the talking heads on CNN) . The talking head lawyers said this was sloppy.

Would would only mean that he had smoked in the last 30 days correct? I mean since THC is a fat soluble drug. Does it say he was legally high at the time of the altercation?

I don't think the evidence was that he was high at the time. I don't think the fact that he liked to smoke weed was in dispute.

As a sidebar I don't think the fact that someone smokes weed means they are prone to violence.

I do think there are a lot of other things in TM past history that do point to that.

I'll use the hang George logic.

It doesn't matter. It proves he has used marijuana in the past 30 days, making another drug crazed black kid. It also means that anything he said to his girlfriend on the phone is a lie since we all know druggies are liars.

I think I'm starting to get the hang of this. I hope it doesn't cloud my objectivity.
