Has any expert determination been made as to how close TM was to GZ when he was shot? TM's body position when shot? That should tell a lot.

Just going from memory, I believe TM was shot at very close range, less than 4 feet. I still haven't heard body position and I think that's very important.

The prosecution in the TM/GZ case has done nothing but support the defense. The vast majority of the evidence has supported GZ and it appears GZ is about to be proven innocent.

30 yards or 30 feet? So maybe TM hit GZ and then started running home? Has any expert determination been made as to how close TM was to GZ when he was shot? TM's body position when shot? That should tell a lot.

GZ states that TM was shot from anywhere between zero and 2 feet away while TM was on top and bullet exited straight through the body.

I thought the same thing myself.

Another thing.. Have most of these people moved ? Has GZ moved. ? I sure would not want to live in that neighborhood and specfically in any of the witnesses houses.

I bet property values have dropped to nothing.

I would not give you 10% of value for GZ home. Even for a rental I bet people are going to be doing crazy shat there for years.

The conversation between TM and GZ is longer in this version.

He says TM jumps out of the bushes and asks him if he "do you have a problem with me" GZ says "No I don't have a problem" and TM says "you have a problem now". He says he was on the path past the T, in my opinion obviously following TM because that's where he is and it's a distance from the T correct?

Then he states later in the audio that he turns down the dog walk and TM meets him there.

In the walk through video with police he's just strolling by the T and stops after seeing TM.
