West coast dude you beat me up this AM... Good job

Listening to the voice expert was boring, yet it's probably important.

I do notice that the Defense is extremely slow asking questions which drags the proceedings out even more. I think the voice expert basically tells us common sense that screaming can't be detected by computer analysis, but only someone familiar with the people screaming.

And you're welcome, I added that link last night...lol

Keep in mind you are ahead of my as I am watching HLN.

So what was the deal with the voice expert. I heard a lot of testimony that proved he is qualified. Way too much in fact.

Then he gave a few minutes of testimony that said you can't identify the voice on the 9-11 tape.

Ok we got it.. Why was he a prosecution witness. I really think they are on GZ side in all this.

Did you gain anything from that testimony ?

Question based on the crime scene photo's link above:

If the altercation started at the T, or as GZ stated a little past the T going back to his car, how did they end up 30+ yards away towards TM's house? That's a long way from that sidewalk intersection.

A. Did GZ turn down that sidewalk and that's where the fight started? (Not according to GZ)

B. Did one of them head that way during the fight, meaning the other pursued him? (Not according to GZ)

Either is not in line with the statements made by GZ.

and we have beat that to death and it has nothing to do with the trial as the prosecution did not present it, because it is pointless, and the only thing that matters is was GZ acting in self defense, There is a whole thread dedicated to that and it is all a moot point.

Let's try to stick to the trial in this one. A lot of valued posters are depending on this thread to get unbiased recounts of what

is going on in the courtroom. It is our professional duty to bring it to them.

He was there to say "you can't get an ID from a forensic person, only people who know the person screaming". He should have said that and got up.

Since both sides are split on the screaming then it's a wash. The witnesses said it sounded like a little boy and if it's GZ it makes GZ sound like a wussy. :)

I think it was GZ screaming, but that just proves at that point he was calling for help. I haven't heard either scream so I have no frame of reference.

Yet if GZ is screaming, how was his mouth covered?

More questions.

30 yards or 30 feet? So maybe TM hit GZ and then started running home? Has any expert determination been made as to how close TM was to GZ when he was shot? TM's body position when shot? That should tell a lot.

Now I'm really feeling the pressure. lol Valued posters? Classic...

So unbiased they might even call me to testify at some point. Hahahaha....

Yes we both agree that from all the testimony it appears it was GZ screaming for help The witness who saw TM beating the ####### out of him said he believed it was GZ. Almost all testimony so far has gone in favor of GZ

What about the hands over the mouth? He said he was gonna pass out that's why he shot him?

He was sure screaming a lot for a guy who was suffocating.

If I am not mistaken the evidence showed that TM was shot at very close range
