Mine took 7 months just be patient it will work out . I applied for the K-3/K-4 visa for myself and my son being spouse and child of a USC. Also my I-130 granted the same time making my K visa useless and an automatic VOID. so i have to do the immigrant visa but things are looking up good luck on your journey.

It was a few days short of being 5 months (filed K1 petition) Nov 20, 2012 until Apr 15, 2013.

i filed March 1st 2013 and got NOA 2 May 21st and had interview June 26 with no expedite just a luck of the draw I guess.

I was RFE in April . I think its a good idea to miss a document to get there attention and pull your file out and when you respond they just make there decsion there on the spot Good Luck

im a us citizen but my fiance is in the philippines. i saw here in the forum others got their noa2 for 3 months
