I base in bismark timeline wink.png

Well let me point it out:

05/13/2013 - NVC Received - They got the file

05/17/2013 - NVC logged file as Received - They told Bismark they have the file, and when they got it

05/29/2013 - Case & IIN # Received - NUMBERS RECEIVED

So from this we can determine that the case was approved at the USCIS on May 10, 2013 but the numbers were given on May 29, 2013 - 19 days later - 16 days after they've said they received the file from the USCIS.

You can call whenever you want to, don't let me stop you. I'm just trying to make sure you aren't disappointed in the fact that if you call the NVC tomorrow, they likely will not have your file and you more than likely (99% chance) will not have numbers yet. It takes at least a week, normally 2. biggrin.png

Tally-Ho!

all information is on post 1 and 2 while waiting on noa 2 and case number. All the vj here are very helpful if you need to ask about your case and information.

YES !! biggrin.png

Can someone help me out. I filed my petitio. In the philippines. Separate ir petition for my husband and 3kids.I'm now in the u.s.

We received packet3 and sent a notification of readiness for them.we received a reply letter telling us to schedule an appointment. I already scheduled an appointment.

Now I'm confused if I need to fill out ds-3032, ds-260. We have a case number but don't have an invoice I.d. number for any of them. Do I have to pay the AOS fee even if the petition was filed in the phil.?

And the IV fee can it be paid bfore or after the interview? I wanted to pay online but I haven't received any AOS invoice or IV invoice

That's interesting that they told you to check back in a week. The rep I spoke with just said, "they are in review" and "you'll need to give it some more time." Notice how they didn't give us their standard "wait 20 days" line? Maybe it's a sign that if there are no checklists they will get approved soon.

Fail! I was flying high this morning and I got shot down. unsure.png Lexi at the NVC gave me the "wait 20 days" response this morning. I think I'm going to chillax and just not call.

I keep checking people's signatures and such as a guide to checklist review times. Has anyone else gone over the NVC's 20 business days? I see most are 12-15 business days. I ask because today is day 20 for one of my checklist items, and going by what the NVC tells me, it is the easier of the 2 items - the date on the DS-230. I was just told to try the beginning of next week but there are no guarantees they will even have an answer by then. I know it's our fault for the checklist items.... but goodness, I get upset seeing others with CC's when they sent the checklist item a week or so after me.... I guess I'll be in this thread at least another month.... We're making up for how quick our time was at the USCIS, I guess! LOL

And congrats to all those that are getting CC's! We can't wait!
