most folk learn about the interview date from reading the Packet 4 thingie, which is emailed out to the beneficiary and the petitioner.

Some folk learn of it from calling the DoS Hotline (That's how I roll, it's verra fast)

other folk like the pain and suffering of waiting on hold, and call the NVC ...

. Darnel when is the apprpriate time to call DOS. I got case complete last July 19. thanks

Hi Guys,

I send my DS-3032 via email 2 weeks ago and I haven't get any reply back yet. I constantly checking on NVC Online Payment center whether IV Bill is been posted or not. I also send an email with "Attn: Supervisor REview" but I haven't get any reply back from there as well.

Can someone please suggest me what can be done at this point?

Thanks...

False checklist yes. (At the NVC it is called a checklist. RFE is a USCIS term.)

You can only edit your post for so long... If you report it, a mod may be able to remove it for you but it's really not necessary. :)

Call Monday to see if you have a case complete!!!

So the 2 checklists are indeed false. But the operator was telling me there were a third one sent 3 weeks ago. Ive been calling nvc everyweek. And they said. No problems so far. And today, they would tell me there were checklist that I never received. I camt express how mad I am.

Im so livid...

There are 3 specific parts in my aos they say is missing.

Which I know for a fact I wrote it correctly.

Its the number of the beneficiary I will support, 2012 total income, and total of the rest if income.

My problem is. I was not able to make a copy of that forms I sent in earlier.

What if there will be difference in the numbers of my bank accounts? Im thinking just to leave it blank. Seems its labelled optional.

Hi Guys,

My wife is currently working in the Philippines. We are in the NVC stage. DS-3032 just got accepted and im expecting it to get invoiced soon. I was wondering since my wife has 30 day notice with the company she is currently working in, and she has to take care of other things, is it a good idea to have her resign at the end of the month? The reason is, I dont want to wait till she gets her interview or her visa to resign, because that will mean I will have to wait 30 more days. When visa is in had, I want her to leave asap.

My concern is will this affect her interview or her chances of getting approved?

Thank you guys.

Niki I need to wait till this coming Friday. for the information. sorry just getting excited its been long since I waited this journey to have a case complete and be with my husband soon. thank you

If you just got the case complete, it may take a while to get the interview. You can call whenever you want, it's up to you. I suggested August 1st because it was the beginning of the next month after your case complete. Whatever you want to do, you can do!

If I sent a second optin email on Friday morning with Supervisor Review in the subject, when should I expect to get a response?

I would think by Wednesday you'd have a response.
