Ok Darnell, but the ones that used to be on here since January to present seemed to all have there case complete, I got checklist twice from Nvc so I guess that's what slowed me down, plus the new aos changes that I had to wait on as well......by the way any ideas on how long for an interview in Jamaica?

Are they supposed to work right now? It is Saturday.

I am not complaining they are doing something with our case or work on Saturdays, I just wonder could it be some system error ...? or

I send them an email, which was pi supervisor, because I am 8 months pregnant and according to my doctor I can't fly in september, so my last chance is August interview, but I didn't enclose any documentation. Could it be an answer to this email of mine.

Did you guys ask for an expedite by chance?

Did you get a checklist and had to send some documents in?

Yes they have workers there on weekends since last june 2012 but they aren't open for calls. Seems they just added something to your file and sending you a email about it.

Interview date all dependent on when you case complete. Looking at about 2 months out wait.

The email I send was not for expedite, I just explain our situation and the fact that I can translate my medical documents about not being able to fly in september. I asked them if they need the documents and if they can do something so I receive interview in August.

I know that pregnancy is not an eligible reason to expedite and also i thought that after case is complete there is no expedition.

The truth is that I was desperate and wrote the email as last resort of my efforts, I didn't know what to do because being 8 months pregnant means you don't have many options.

ok - there be clues in the email.

first, the subject line.

then, the body of the email,

then in the first page of the attached pdf file .

then in the last page of the attached pdf file.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

There you have it. Thats why the response from them. They are telling you they have added your request to your file is all dear.

Now monday I would be calling them because they may think you are requesting an expedite and have forwarded your casefile to embassy. So do check on that monday soonest.

for singapura, no.

However, I suggest you DO WAIT for the interview letter, unless you know you have a TB problem and need to have the 6 month TB treatment.

WHY? The duration of validity on your visa, is pegged to the medical interview date. If the medical is done the week before the interview, for example, the duration of validity looks like it's 6 months from the interview date. On the other hand - if you get it done next week, and don't get an interview for another 3 months, then the duration of validity on the visa is only 3 months.

Batch processing across 14 disparate systems.

Eventually, things catch up.

Eventually.

. I think I will wait on the interview schedule most likely the interview will be end of August to First week of September before going for medical thanks

Sounds like a false checklist to me based on them reviewing and accepting your AOS package. Call up to confirm on Monday.

Now I know its rfe because they emailed me today that they had received my ds230 BUT. They are waiting for my i864.
