i got my case complete. do i need to wait on my interview schedule before i go for a medical.

for singapura, no.

However, I suggest you DO WAIT for the interview letter, unless you know you have a TB problem and need to have the 6 month TB treatment.

WHY? The duration of validity on your visa, is pegged to the medical interview date. If the medical is done the week before the interview, for example, the duration of validity looks like it's 6 months from the interview date. On the other hand - if you get it done next week, and don't get an interview for another 3 months, then the duration of validity on the visa is only 3 months.

There u go again they invoiced me the IV fee bill today at 10:45 pm western time and 1:45 am easterntime they still working that time? Lol maybe late incoming messages? And it says 1 more but i still didnt receive yet funny.. going to payment portal im going to pay the IV FEE BILL it doesnt show up yet lol.. whats goin on? Any idea guys?

Batch processing across 14 disparate systems.

Eventually, things catch up.

Eventually.

Hi all,

Had a troubling conversation with someone at the NVC on the phone this morning. I called to see if our packages had been received and if the case had been reviewed yet, and the lady on the phone asked me when I sent them. When I told her that I e-mailed them a week ago, she told me that by no means should I be e-mailing anything to the NVC, that I had to do everything by mail. I told her were using electronic processing, and she told me she had no record of that, even though all of our correspondence since may has been via e-mail and everything except for the I-864 has been completed and sent online.

She told me they wouldn't accept any e-mails from us because we weren't registered for electronic processing.

Is there any chance she's wrong? Is there something we missed in the process? Super stressed trying to figure this out right now, any help is appreciated.

E

If I were in yer shoes,

I'd be calling in on Monday, and get it sorted with a supervisor.

If it was a supervisor that you talked to,

then yes, you have a problem.

For the June 2012, I-130 filers group, it's been transmorgified into a 'Chasing NVC thread'. There's maybe 4 or 5 folk there keeping it active, throwing down on NVC activities. I invited them to come to this thread about 2 weeks ago and was summarily ignored.

Hi everybody,

Me and my husband called NVC twice on 12 July, we were told our case was completed 11 July. We didn't receive case complete email.

Yesterday I called to check for an interview date and the lady told me our case was completed 17 July just to wait for an interview date.

A few minutes ago we have received this Checklist:

______1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1:_______________________
The NVC has received the information you submitted and placed it in your case file. You will be
contacted when your petition is sent to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate for further processing.
[D9H 07/19/2013] SOF************
Any idea what does this mean?

Nope, no clue.

On the other hand, context is important. If you copy/paste something 'out of context', then it's no fair to the reader, or anyone attempting to answer your question.

2012 is correct Bismark, meaning when we first started the journey....

Are they supposed to work right now? It is Saturday.

I am not complaining they are doing something with our case or work on Saturdays, I just wonder could it be some system error ...? or

I send them an email, which was pi supervisor, because I am 8 months pregnant and according to my doctor I can't fly in september, so my last chance is August interview, but I didn't enclose any documentation. Could it be an answer to this email of mine.
