Waiting for NVC to accept my checklist!

Here is the rest of my timeline guys, haven't been able to get to a computer to update it.

06/14/2013 Sent IV packet via overnight express mail

06/17/2013 IV packet arrived at NVC

07/03/2013 AOS Checklist

07/06/2013 Sent AOS Checklist via overnight express mail

07/08/2013 NVC accepted IV packet & AOS Checklist arrived at NVC

NVC received my checklist AOS on 06/21 and my IV 06/24 .AOS approved yesterday received False checklist today for my IV.can't wait anymore.

Is it normal for NVC to send the same checklist a second time after two weeks of getting the first one? I already sent them the checklist they received it on the 8th of July.

Hello everyone, I called nvc today and the rep said my case is approved! :-D

One thing I had on my mind is that I didn't get any checklist nor any "false" checklist. I'm wondering if I should've received maybe a false one? Anyone else get case complete without any checklists. Or I'm just paranoid ;-)

Just got off the phone with NVC. We have been approved. Case complete. Waiting for interview to be scheduled.

This NVC wait is worst than USCIS wait. It keeps you on the edge all day.....

I just added you to the case Complete Interview thread (I am still updating) but come on over. Many still waiting fro their country

It can take up to 90 days to get your numbers from the NVC. It normally takes at least 2 weeks.

Plus you already posted this a page ago... you don't need to post it over and over until someone answers. Saylin is REALLY good about catching posts she's missed.

I have added you to the case complete August interview thread. Canada hasn't started assigning yet maybe you will get in. Come on over still updating list will post in a minute. Congratulations.

It could have been due to them reviewing and accepting your IV package. Since they hadn't gotten to your checklist yet, similar to false checklists. So, they sent you a "reminder". Nothing to worry about.

You mean your case was completed? NVC doesn't really approve anything, they just take packages and once everything is in order, completes your case.

But anyways.

Don't worry about not getting any false checklists. I never received any while I was at NVC.

So, both IV RFE items are showing as received today (the snail mail of DS-230 & Supervisor review request email). The supervisor review showed early last week, and the snail mail showed today... We're praying for good news soon!

Someone help me...

So I got a checklist for my husband's IV packet and they are saying that the marraige certificate isn't the original, but the problem is that it is the original. I called nvc today and he said he'll have a supervisor look at it which will take 3 weeks. I'm scared that the supervisor will tell us the same thing in 3 weeks that it's not the original.

So I'm thinking if they are really just asking for the nikah nama (which is the Islamic marraige certification). Anyone send their nikah Nama? And if that's not what they are looking for then how can we prove that the marraige certificate is original? It has translation seal and government seal and all of it. I still am going to send the nikah Nama tomorrow but I'm just wondering if that's what they want. Because if it's not then me and my husband need to figure something else out.

We sent both our original (in Malay) and translated one as well. No checklist so far.

We sent the pure original urdu nikah nama and a seperate translation nikah nama with sealed stamped and notarized. We didnt get any checklist.
