if you think yer casefile is with NRC, is best to get an Immigration Liason Staffer Human from a Congressman's office involved.

emphasis on best, here.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

The reason I need to contact NRC is USCIS has sent my original document that I submitted with I130 to NRC. When I send request to USCIS through G884 form, USCIS replied me back a month ago after 3 months of request with the letter saying that my request has been forwarded to NRC. But haven't heard anything from NRC. Couldn't able to find contact no of NRC.

Is it still advisable for Montreal interviewees to bring a completed DS-230 to the interview?

Nope, it's not really needed anymore. Montreal finally got used to the online DS-260 about 1-2 years ago. You can still bring one just in case, but it's not like before where the DS-230 was requested at the interview.

Apologies - yer chasing an F2-A visa.

I've no clue what to tell you , except to recreate the document in question rather than chase after NRC.

I second this. I brought a copy of the the whole DS-260 printed out and the confirmation page... they didn't want any of it.

They DID however want my original I-864ez.

BTW my photo on my green card is smashing :D Almost better than my driver's licence! LOL

PS...don't forget to tell the cashier that you're there for a CR1 visa interview... ;)

For the I-864 I didnt explain why I earn 0 dollars back in 2010 will they ask for a co-sponsor or will I get a checklist I been thinking of this the whole weekend and been worry... Hopefully not, I dont want to delay my case :S
