Hi, how did you get your Senator's office involved? I received my NOA2 on May 31st and NVC hasn't received it yet. I've been told it now takes 8 weeks for them to receive it. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

I just called their office, told them of the situation...that no one would give me any answers. They said they would check into it. They sent me an authorization release form for me to give permission to speak to USCIS on my behalf. It took about a week to hear back from the Senator's office and they told me they couldn't tell them where my file was but that it has now arrived at the NVC. So, I am assuming the "push" from them is what got it going. Just give them a call! My senator's office was very friendly and helpful about it.

Good Luck!!

It looks like people are calling the NVC and they are providing people with their IV cover sheet via email since their system is malfunctioning.

I spoke to the NVC around 12:30 this afternoon and they said they'd email me the cover sheet. As of now, I have not received an email.

I did submit all 9 pages I don't think part applies to me

Is this the only checklist ill get for my AOS package? I'm asking because I submitted a I-864a from my joint sponsor and it doesn't seem they asked for more evidence there. I'm wondering if there's a whole another checklist for that?

When you resubmit the corrected I-864 you must submit the entire thing, do not just submit the corrected parts. Resubmit the entire I-864, with a new signature (in black pen) and a new date. You shouldn't have to resubmit evidence unless it's asking for evidence. Also make sure you write your case number on the top of each page that way if one is lost, and they find it, they can put it with your case file again.

Its best to call NVC and asked them to tell you exactly what you need to do. People will tell you what they think, but they could be wrong. Good luck!!!

No it's asking only for your information not for you joint sponsor. You did include your joint sponsor on your household income because they did an I-864a right? Also did you ever claim your joint sponsor as a dependant? I'm trying to figure out why the joint sponsor did an I-864a instead of an I-864 like a joint sponsor normally does. Even if they're in the same household, unless you or they are a dependant on taxes or you need to combine income, normally each sponsor signs a completed I-864.

You also included your 2012 taxes right? Not just 2011, 2010, 2009?

Oh I'm sorry I meant to say my joint sponsor filled a i864 and his wife i864a.

I didn't file for 2012 so I had to wait for irs to mail me a non filing letter which I mailed 2 days ago to them

The lady I spoke with said it takes 3-5 business days to get the e-mail out. I asked her to send it, but I've been going back to the website every hour to see if it's up and running properly so I can access it myself. Still no luck.

Thanks, Evan. The lady I spoke with just said they would send me the email. Hopefully the site gets back to normal soon.
