Hey guys how are you? I know im F2A And this spot here is for citizen but i have a question ...Im from dominican republic, and have not received any interview yet, The reps have been telling me they are done with dominican republic already for AUGUST, Do you guys think thats true???No body here has received any interview from dominicana republic, am i right?

Well I am so confused now! I just called the NVC and the very nice rep told me they are STILL scheduling for August. I had a serious breakdown this afternoon.....but now the hope is alive once more....

Don't forget Canada! We are still waiting too. thanks for your constant support and positivity!

Please update/fill in your timeline? There is no timeline at the moment and it helps others to see how they may progress at each stage in comparison to yours. For example, when did you send off the AOS and IV packets?

I'm waiting for a London case complete !

hi i called yesterday nvc and found out they have not completed scheduling on my embassy, today the rep told me im not going to have an appointement for august , while they already started scheduling last week on my embassy , from the begining of this process i dont want to have an interview in september for some peronal reasons can anybody tell me what do i have to do!, i prefer to leave my country next year and not to have an appointement in september and leave france in october , i wont miss nvc never ever in my life

thanks for help , what do i have to do?, i dont accept interview on september

You don't have to leave the country right away. You can leave in October even if your interview is in September. You have 6 months from interview to enter the US.

Or you can contact the Embassy if you really don't want the September interview and ask for a later date.

Wait until your interview is assigned and your file is sent to the Embassy then contact the Embassy immediately by emailing ParisConIV@state.gov if Paris is your Embassy and they will postpone it to a later date.

You can stall your interview for 11 months with good reason. Once you are assign just notify your embassy and request a later date. If you have a specific month ask Can I be scheduled for January 2014. Most schedule 30 to 45 days and pass. They will accommodate you (its when you want earlier there can be issues) and you can always ask for an August date.

I am from US my wife is from DR. My wife called yesterday and she was told that yes, DR embassy is closed for August. Sucks.

I phoned NVC today and got told that August interviews have been scheduled for Canada... Does anyone have one yet? I still haven't seen anyone with August dates.
