my wife is talking to a supervisor who is telling her august is closed and yet NO ONE on this site in Dominican Republic has gotten an interview date? what the hell is going on? The supervisor is telling her this.

January 17th I-130 Documents arrived Chicago Lockbox

January 22nd - Receipt

March 12th - Approved!!!! (Post Decision Activity) mailed me instructions today!

FYI to everyone, while interviews are often scheduled on CASE COMPLETE date, they are also scheduled via PRIORITY DATE. So if someone filed Nov 2012 and you filed Jan 2013 but you have your case comp

Thanks for checking.Ok at people a PSA I need to do. I think we got a bit spoiled since January. Because honestly the 2nd week of the month was the usual interview scheduling. Like around now. But

Stevie B this is not true. You have said this before and its wrong. The embassy has no idea about us IR1/CR1 unless we are DCF or Expedite. NVC schedules for us okay not embassy. There is a calendar

Man they dont know what they are doing i just spoke to one who told me they are still scheduling for august this is crazy

fill in what!!!! I have nothing to put! if I did I would put it but all we get is "we are scheduling you for an interview the next available slot" sorry but when I have something to put I will.

A. You have the wrong service center

B. The wrong consulate

C. It says you still haven't gotten noa2 but yet you're waiting for an interview

That is what I'm asking you to correct. Obviously without an interview date you cannot fill that in. Your profile says K3. I don't think you understand how rare that is and it's important for others following you to note if you actually are doing a k3. But if you're not, then fix it maybe? Or don't. But getting this angry over this is ridiculous. It comes when it comes. You have no control over this. It sucks. But it is what it is.

I really hope you were given misinformation. They have only scheduled interviews for three days this month. Please tell me this is not so.

What ??? They haven't touched any case from India since June ..... This is nothing but harassment.
