I called today and they said i not have interview and my case was complete yesterday july 15, im confused because i received email past week that saying my case was complete and i called past week and they told me my case was complete july 3. Im worry now :S

So sorry. This seems to be happening alot. Case Complete than they change. Seems those that got checklist are having case complete in error or something weird is happening.

I do know El Salvador takes abit. they I believe are the busiest embassy. So hang on.

Accept for Philippines. It's like Asia and its surrounding countries has just shut down. hang on. have they said they are still scheduling?

I know alot of whats happening (Or not happening) is all the computer system issues at NVC. If you been following the NVC filers thread the NVC has had to send the bar-coded cover sheets to the people in email and its taking about 3 to 5 days.

So no surprise an email coming for interview date is delayed. They are bogged down so be patient.

If ever there was an email thats important the P4 is since many of us need for medicals some need it to get other stuff good grief.

Just called NVC still NOTHING! I have never felt this depressed in my life, my poor Husband is on the verge of a nervous breakdown. On a positive note she did say they are still putting together interviews for August....I know that it's coming but the wait is almost unbearable.

I have been depressed since this whole process started. I believe non-immigrant visa applicant have easy and simple process. Gov. should fix this broken process first instead talking about legalizing illegals.

Just called NVC still NOTHING! I have never felt this depressed in my life, my poor Husband is on the verge of a nervous breakdown. On a positive note she did say they are still putting together interviews for August....I know that it's coming but the wait is almost unbearable.

Hang in there people last month they took 2 weeks to finish. Don't let what others have make you stop believing you wont get it (Oh wait I needed that for me. Amen!!)

Just keep believing and having faith. You are almost done.

I don't think you need the interview letter for the medical in London. I've been talking to them about booking a medical now before I've even gotten the interview letter (I've not got a case complete) so that I can go onto a waiting list at the embassy to get an earlier interview date if possible, as London sometimes does that. I'm desperately unhappy here and want to move as soon as possible, and London will apparently give you an interview with 24-48 hours notice if they have had a cancellation or had an interview moved.

I'll get back to you on it but I'm pretty sure that you don't need to have the interview letter in your possession for the medical on London, as long as you have an LND case number from the NVC. All you need is the PCC, 2 passport photos, your immunisation records, glasses if you wear them(or contacts) and your passport

Anyone correct me if I'm wrong?

I so agree with you. And don't understand the speed that K1's fly through get to bring their original documents to interview and schedule their own interviews. yet their Visa has a high possibility of people misusing and not getting married and abusing. I know many who got K1 got here and never married than later find someone else and marry file AOS and the government does that ####### forgiveness of pass sins if they would just look and see "OMG this person abused the system". But they won't even bother.

NVC at worst was a 21 day ordeal. The record is 11 days. You can't even get a flippin case number in 11 days. We need new management. Okay time to write another letter to the president. I am pissed off now.

Hi Chloezilla, is that what the NVC told you, or does it say "in transit" on https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx ? Just wondering, since for me the status still shows "At NVC" and we both got our interview dates on July 12.

Yeah I think you're right actually. Just looked at the list of stuff I need to take that the receptionist told me over the phone and the appointment letter isn't on there
