Your title did not reflect the content of the article. It was corrected, as per VJ rules about how titles must conform substantially to the actual title of a quoted article. Your statements as appended made it sound as if you had not read the article. A few left-wing European politicians had made pronouncements, not the European Union. An analogous situation would be if one entitled a thread "US calls for sanctions against Canada" when, for example, it was merely a few crackpot Democrats who were cranky about a Canadian action and said the US should cut off all trade.
