K1 Visa Interview on 9th July @ Mumbai, India

Hi All,

MY interview is on july 9th 2013 @ Mumbai. I already prepared a checklist of items that I need to be submitted @ Mumbai.

Guys please see the below checklist and let me know if anything additional I need to carry/ anything I need to remove from my file...

(I havent got packet 3 or any checklist. I got an appointment letter only)

The list is mentioned in the order I kept things in my file. So guys please verify and let me know if any corrections needed.

1. My Passport.

2. My Photos as per US standards.

3. Appointment Letter.

4. Reply mail from embassy which I got when I registered case against the incorrect DATE OF BIRTH in my appointment letter.

5. Pickup Location form (Form obtained after completing the online profile creation).

6. Two filled DS - 156 forms with photos.

7. One filled DS - 156 K form.

8. One filled DS - 230 Part 1 and Part 2 form (In the embassy site, they didnt mentioned about DS - 230 Part 2. Do I need to remove it??).

9. My BIRTH CERTIFICATE ORGINAL and one photocopy.

10.Proof Of Relationship DOCS :

a). Notarized FIANCE LETTER OF INTENT (mine------------> orginal submitted my fiance when we got RFE, now I am submitting the photocopy)

b). Notarized FIANCE LETTER OF INTENT (my fiance`s----> " )

c). Notarized PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP (statement from my father accepting the relationship ---> " )

d). Notarized PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP (statement from my father accepting the relationship ---> " )

e). Reason for submission of minimal document(fiance's----> " )

f). Photo copy of her AIR TICKET of last visit (NOV 17th to DEC 9th)

g). Orginal Cash Receipt of the HALL where our engagement held.

h). Engagement ring in my hand (But no bills)

i). Hotel Bill of the Resort where we stayed together for 2 days.

j). Hotel Bill of another resort where we stayed a day.

k). Photo copy of fourteen calling cards which she used to call me recently (If she kept all the cards, it might be 100. But she doesn't have all the cards)

l). Orginal Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate of mine to prove that we studied together from 2006 to 2010 for same course in same class.

m). Photocopy of her Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate to proove that we studied together from 2006 to 2010 for same course in same class.

n). A photo album containing pics of me,my parents, sister and neice visiting her home before engagement, our engagement pics with relatives and friends, pics of us when we stayed in the first resort, pics of us and her sister and husband when we four stayed in the second resort. Total 92 photos.

o). Police Clearance Certificate from SP office.

p). Police Clearance Certificate from passport office.

q). Sealed Medical Report and X- ray.

r). Receipt from Bank.

s). Affidavit of support I-134 signed by my fiance.

t). Photocopy of her birth certificate to show that she is a U.S citizen.

u). Photocopy of her passport.

v). Photocopy of her OCI card (Overseas Citizen Of India).

w). My fiance's EMPLOYMENT LETTER with four recent PAY STUBS

x) Income tax return and W-2 forms of my fiance for the year 2011 and 2012.

Guys I hope my arrangements are correct. Please give me your valuable suggestions.
