Our petition was approved on June 13th, and I'm wondering how I will know when the NVC has received our packet and assigned a case #. I see that you can call them and hound them if necessary, but will I get some sort of notification? I'm living in Lesotho, and my mother sent me an email saying I received a letter from NVC. Is that my notification? Sorry, it's hard to do this w/o seeing the documents sometimes. Thanks for your help!
