Hello there ,

I am new here , so first I would like to thank y'all for the excellent website and helpful inputs I have been reading!

I just mailed my I-130 in order to start the petition process for my father. I am a USC.

I found Instructions on filing I-864 electronically on the State Department Website. Has anyone tried this? and if yes were you able to attach all supporting documents

to your email without any difficulties . Please let us now if you were successful in doing so, they are claiming this process could save some time I would like to try it once I receive my NOA2.

here is the NVC link http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3197.html

The EP (Electronic Processing) program is only available to a few select countries, Algeria NOT being one of them. You can only snail mail packages in.

Eligible countries can be found at the table at the bottom of this page: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_5165.html
