Emailing DS-3032

I have a question regarding the email method of sending this form, one page online tells me to include NVC case number followed by the beneficiary name and date of birth in the subject line, while another page tells me just the NVC number and beneficiary name is needed. has anyone else done this before?

As long as you put case number and beneficiaries name no matter DOB or not but the first two you want to draw attention to the millions of emails they get.

How do I know they have attended to this email once I send it in, I know they send an Automated-Response after every message sent. My wife and I each received 2 emails from NVC this morning, both containing the DS-3032 form and both have barcodes on the top of every page. My Wife, the petitioner, has information about the support fee, but nothing saying they received the emailed DS-3032... My guess is that they sent these emails in reference to the doors being open for contact to and from, so I re-sent the DS-3032 again.
