The DS-230 package is also known as the Immigrant Visa (IV) package. Anything in there is for the beneficiary. A photocopy of your divorce decree should have been included in the I-130 petition package.

when you sent the 1-130 with all the documents if you was divorced you should have sent the divorce degree only for the petitioner you will most likely get a RFE.

Nope. I didn't send my husband's and we weren't asked for it at the interview.

I did not send my divorce decree, but my wife and her friends think I should. Will it delay our case if I send it or should I wait till I receive a check list or RFE?

DS-230 is for the beneficiary. So, you should not send this since you must have already sent a certified copy with your I-130 to USCIS.
