I would include the last 6 months of paystubs and employment letter for the sponsor and joint-sponsor. Sending a copy of your W2's won't hurt. Also, make copies of all originals like birth certificates, marriage certificate from both beneficiary and petitioner and include them in the packet.

Good Luck!

I have collected the tax transcripts from IRS for the last 3 years ,... we file jointly our returns and touch wood we had $100k plus on our combined returns for all three years..

Now I am using my spouse as a co sponsor .....She has a stable job making a salary much above the poverty line.

You don't need to send them your salary slips since you were unemployed since Nov2012. But include your wife's last 6months of paystubs (copies only) and employment letter (orig. and photocopy). Again, sending you and your wife's last 3 yrs of W2's won't hurt.

I am interviewing with clients for consulting IT opportunities. I have vendor who are submitting me at $50-60/hr to there clients. I have email confirmation about they submitting me .I am waiting for interview from Clients,

Is it a good Idea to send the print out of emails to show NVC that I am actively looking for job and I can get a job with a bill rate of $ 40 plus for any assignment I take,

Please advice....
