Since we have been waiting so long without any response from the USCIS we have been getting on to them and calling every week. We eventually received a letter from them saying that our case is currently being adjudicated and we should receive a notice of action within 45 days (I'll believe that when I see it). Will that be within 45 working days or are they open weekends meaning it'll be a normal 45 days?

Thanks I hope you're right. Althought I don't believe they will give us the answer when they say they will. I think they have misplaced the file or something and they don't know where it is.

That's fantastic news. Yeah, I think something happened to that box with your file in it, as there are a couple of others on here that are around the same date as yours and have yet to hear. Hopefully they finally found it.

there are tons of success stories here, but you have to take all sorts of steps to free up the petition

have you contacted your elected officials? omnibudsman? infopass? infopass generally wont help much other than having an IO directly in front of you to check all the various screens that they will not always do over the phone

get busy

Yeah we have contacted all those people. Well except the infopass. But we might aswell wait for this 45 days now since they're claiming we will have an answer by then. We will see.
