Why not k2 before? its because my husband and i we're thinking that we might need my sons father's signature and i cant even find him. thats why we did the k1 visa. and my baby will follow after i get my GC that was our plan. and now im just waiting for my GC so yes i will let my husband petition my son.

No need to wait on the I-130 filing, at all.

Simply include a photocopy of the I-485 receipt notice with the I-130 submittal.
