Filed January 17th priority date.. still waiting. USCIS said they sent an inquiry to the local Detroit office to have something out to me in writing on a status update by July 2nd. Yeah.. we will see. Senators office to get involved if nothing in mail by July 8th, only because I said I thought that was fair. I have now looked into going to Belgium.. and that is probably the route we will take. I can have a long term visa in 3 days, per the consulate in New York. So ... huge difference between America's values on Family and there.... Over it. I will go to my interview.. which should be soon. Then I am going there.. to wait out this mess.

it's still too early to get an approval...next month it will be 1 year that applied for my husband and my senator and congressman have been involved for the last 3 months and I still don't have it approved yet :(

meet Sept 2008 in Chicago
He left back to Palestine Aug 2010
