Yes, he mentions the phone again, basically repeating word for word what he said in the first video you posted. I'm assuming this is the initial interview after the shooting? I watched these back to back and I hear no discrepancies so far. Next please.

At least a minute and a half to cover the no more than 30 seconds from his location back to his car. Zimmermann stated that he was on his way back to his vehicle. That vehicle was 30 seconds away - maximum. And he couldn't get back there in more than a minute and a half? Did he get lost?

Ok, this is the first piece of evidence I have looked at. From this alone, there is no reason to doubt George's story. He fired once. His gun wasn't in his hand as he was walking around looking for TM. I see he has bandages on the back of his head. Next piece please.

He also says in that video that he carries his firearm everywhere, but he forgot he had it on him in an altercation?

If you look at the night time pictures of that same spot its almost totally black. How anyone could see what you were quickly reaching for is impossible.

It is also possible TM thought he was soon to be a victim...who knows.

TM could certainly have thought GZ was reaching for a gun. And maybe he did punch him just as GZ claims. Maybe TM went absolutely all out to subdue GZ because he thought he had a gun. But it seems at this point GZ was not walking with his pistol in his hand ready to shoot TM.

And for the record, GZ stated that he didn't call 911, just the non emergency number.

As for forgetting that he was carrying the firearm, I'd have to back and listen to the video again. I'm not going to do that tonight, but I'll check it out again if it appears to be important.

It's the same interview. One is the full version, one is just a part of it. Naturally there's no discrepancies.

The account he gives to he police does not match what is on record from his call with the dispatcher. That's where the discrepancies are.

Originally stated they were broke, but he had $100,000 at the time. I guess GZ does no how to lie?

I'll watch this one later. I'd like to see the discrepancies from his original call to the police compared to the two videos you posted.

Oh, okay. My bad. If that matches what he told police at the station, then both accounts are still at odds with his written statement to police and with the recorded call from the night he killed Martin.

It's not a peeing contest. I'm merely pointing out that Zimmermann was not going back to his car after being advised not to follow Martin as he claimed. He also lied about when and why he left his car in his written statement to police. There's a reason why the investigators wanted him charged and arrested the night he killed Martin - that reason is that his story doesn't add up.

OK, I watched this and it really proves nothing. Even the prosecutor said the Zimmerman's may have not known. The judge said he needs more info about the accounts at that time. So this video doesn't prove anything about George lying about money. Perhaps another one does when the judge gets the information that he requests?
