Like I have said repeatedly. I wonder if she was some poor redneck white woman, who could not read, got caught it repeated lies, used racial slurs on the stand and called the defense attorney retarded, how many of the bleeding hearts would be talking about cultural differences.

She's the Black version of the blonde on "My name is Earl". Only a little heavier

I about died watching her work with her deaf lawyer( the actress)

Paula Dean. You see how they all came to her rescue, right? Racists hate women also.

I am so surprised you are running away. That almost never happens

You started a thread to tell us you have no opinion?

Again, you make no sense.

I've given you my opinion repeatedly. Look at the time stamps (which, alas, do not support your shrill claims of "drive-by" and "running away.")

However, my actual opinion - that I haven't decided that she's credible or not credible, and that I am waiting to hear all the evidence before jumping to any conclusions like you have done - is not the one you want to hear. You're not at all interested in a conversation; you're too busy dictating to me what you fantasize that I think and what my so-called "agenda" is.

You ignore the topic and you ignore what I actually say about it, in favor of attributing words and opinions to me that I never expressed, so that you can argue with that instead. So carry on with your BS conversation with yourself - because that's what you're having.

I did not find her to be very credible. She tripped over her own statements too many times and her testimony sounded coached.

i don't get it.

That's fine.

But I am still not going to come to a conclusion until all the evidence has been presented. This is why I could qualify to be on the jury, while most people here wouldn't innocent.gif

Do you think we unfairly judged Paula Deen also

Who is "we" ? Is there more than one of you ?

I have not been following your comments on that subject, so I have no idea what you said about it.

We is the nation as a whole.

I assume you know what happened to Paula Deen. She was asked in a court case under oath if she had ever said the word *** before.

She admitted she had but said it was not a word she or her family used in a long time. She is 66 years old. She had been demonized and lost all of her major contracts.

Cultural thing . ?

Um who elected you as the spokesperson for the "nation as a whole" ?

I know the basic news story about Paula - I said I have not been following your comments about it.

What is a cultural thing ?

I think something is mentally wrong with the girl. They should have had her psychologically, tested and told the judge what was wrong with her and had the judge to make the determination on whether or not she would be an admissible witness.

2, I think he will be found not guilty. Only because there are soooo many people in America who thinks that blacks are the lowest things on earth and only wish for our death anyway.

I do not care what any body says, it is not a crime to be a black boy, walking through a neighbor hood at night with $40 bucks and some candy. Nobody, regardless of race, skin tone, and upbringings should be killed just because of these factors.

This trial is not even about the truth. This trial is about how America wants to prove how bad black people are. It is embarrassing they put her up there on the stand. Just like when something happens on the news, they NEVER go and get the nicely dressed black man or female, they go and get the one that is drunk or maybe on drugs, cannot talk, and they say see"this is how black people live. Really." I tell my husband all the time I am sorry for the harassment and discrimination he will have to face because he chose to marry a black women. I pray for us everyday.

I think the only thing mentally wrong with her that I can tell, is that she didn't go to school. I'm not a doctor though.

You are correct it is not a crime to be black and walking home with some money and candy. However, it is a crime to beat the hell out of someone.

And, what would you do if someone was following you home one night, you are alone, crying for help will do you no good, haven't done anything, but which is the obvious, your skin color, what would you do?

I wouldn't beat the hell out of the person that was "allegedly" following me. They might have a gun. Like in this case. Sounds like the one crying in this case, was the guy with the gun that was attacked, not the guy walking home alone.

So if you are scared for your life, case aside, and someone was following you, would you attempt to fight for your life or not?

I wouldn't consider my life in danger if someone was following me, no. Like I said, I definitely wouldn't jump on top of them and start pounding on them. They might be armed and I might get injured or worse, killed.
