It's sad the prosecution made her go through that. They should have known after all the coaching that they gave her that she wasn't going to be a good witness for them. Thanks to the prosecution and their over-zealous need to push this case forward, they are creating more and more victims in this mess. I guess they can make millions later when they write a book. I doubt Rachel will see any of that money.

And we cannot convict a man to prison because a witness can't handle it. The attorneys do their job. Jonathan Good did very well in describing how TM pounded the ####### out of GZ on the sidewalk.

Just because she flopped, does not mean you can substitute what she said for something better which fits your agenda. She was a bad choice in one way. But she IS black so the state can say they did have black witnesses when GZ gets acquitted.

She was a bad witness because she is illiterate and insolent. Any attempt to assign those qualities to people because they are black, or fat, or have stupid looking hair, or are a woman is offensive racism/sexism

Suppose the below woman had been testifying about her white boyfriend who was killed by a black man after being punched in the face and beaten. Supposed she lied, changed her statements, called all black people a racial slur, and called the black defense attorney retarded.

Would the media and the liberals in VJ be defending her as just being scared and having cultural differences.

One thing was odd to me. She was talking to her best buddy on the phone,who was being stalked by a creepy #### cracker, an altercation ensued and the phone went dead.

She is telling us that she found out at school the next afternoon there had been a fight and he had been killed.

You telling me something like that happens and she does not call his parents, friends or even check on him, and finds out at school the next afternoon he was in a fight and killed.

Very suspicious. I don't believe she was at school.

Odd that you would think he'd rely on his gun in this case. Zimmermann testified to the police that he wasn't even aware, didn't even remember the whole time that he had his gun on him. Are you suggesting that Zimmermann was lying to the police?

No. Zimmerman described exactly the condition of anyone that is always armed.

I carry a gun everywhere. It is on my pants in a pancake style holster (I do not like IWB types) so when I dress it is there. It is always there. When I change my pants I transfer the contents, wallet, keys, coins, holster and gun etc. I occasionally change guns, to be wardrobe appropriate, but never holster types or placement on my body. One of my holsters fits any tyoe of M1911 type pistol regardless of barrel length, for example. I can carry a 23 oz. 3" Kimber Ultra CDP or my 40 oz. 5" M1911 WW1-2 Veteran in the same holster. Are you aware of your wallet? Your keys? When you walk around town or the grocery do you think "Oh yeah, there's my coins" I am sure that in the same circumstance I would not be aware of my gun either ...until I needed it. The same as my spare tire, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm or even my seat belt. All of them are always in the same place and I never think about it. But if there is a fire in the kitchen I will quickly remember. Seems like GZ remembered and put it to its intended use before TM killed him.

The police are well aware of this also condition, they are the same. You are ignorant of this, so you think it is strange. Knowledge increases ones understanding.

Certainly it is to tell us how she is credible. Post 7 (do I need to quote the whole thing or can you go to post 7 and read what you wrote?...it is not cursive) tells us why we should not decide she is not credible. so obviously you want to tell us why she IS credible.

That is the post you begun with "Her credibility should not be questioned because...yada, yada" So please tell us what we SHOULD use to judge her credibility

But Monday and Tuesday he could care less about this trial and had zero interest, no TV and didn't have time to look on the internet.

After Dee Dee's testimony the vacation ended abruptly.

He's already had the trial in his mind and now he's trying to cherry pick that evidence to support his already made up not guilty verdict.

It's not worth the effort believe me.

Not really. She mumbles a lot, mostly just saying "yes, sir". I watched about 2 minutes of YouTube and got bored & stopped.

I would probably do the same, it is my usual reaction to TV and such stuff and why we don't have one. Fortunately it took about 3 minutes of watching Jonathan Good to figure out GZ is a free man in waiting. For a moment I thought the prosecution had finished and that Good was a defense witness. Well, he was, actually.
