Medical examiner stated that GZ had insignificant injuries and were minor. They did not even require stitches. There goes that story of him beating beat to death by the big bad TM. There goes that story about his head being banged into the concrete.

So lets test this theory. I need some volunteers to go outside, bang their heads on the concrete, I mean really slam it like how you think TM did it, and let me know if you need stitches or if you are even able to walk after you do this. I doubt you are going to get from a doctor, "take two of these and call me in the morning."

There is no requirement to have any injuries at all to support the use of deadly force. Only that " a reasonable person could believe" that one COULD sustain severe injury. The purpose of deadly force is to allow someone to PREVENT themselves from sustaining severe injury. GZ did exactly that within the law. As you have pointed out, it would be reasonable to believe you could sustain severe injury from having your had slammed on the concrete. I would certainly try to kill you BEFORE you did that to me. Fortunately, in this case, deadly force served its purpose exactly as intended.

The prosecution is desparate and has introduced an irrelevent fact. So what? Before the jury deliberates they will be instructed on the requirements of the law as regards deadly force. You can read it yourself if you want to be informed. Google "Florida deadly force statute"

Every state has the same threshold for the use of deadly force. More than half the states (27) enhance it with "stand your ground" Some states require that you attempt to retreat, if you can without risking further harm to yourself, before using deadly force. Florida does not.

Perhaps if you go back to correct all your errors, my comprehension of your utterances will change. Leaving it to me to translate/transliterate and make assumptions about what you are actually trying to say could be the cause of the misunderstanding. You could try it. I also read Russian and French (in cursive) if that helps you.

I was born in the 1950s in Texas. Eisenhower was President. He was born in Texas. That's in the south. Such trashy talk would not have been tolerated in our home. Absolutely not. This is nonsense. I do not recall any of my friends speaking this way. My mother's side were 4th generation Texans, 7th generation southern. My mother was the enforcer of good speech and still is! If we ever dared to say a "bad word" in "mother's house" we could expect an immediate smack in the face! I did not get too many smacks in the face. Good grades were demanded, that was our job.
