I-485 Part 1 current uscis status?

we married within the 90 day period but are starting the aos forms after the 90 day period. My question is what do i put for her status where it says current uscis status? and what do i put for expires on which is the question right after it? i can't seem to find the answer. Thank you

I used k1 visa holder/ Adjusting of status applicant. I didn't know what to use so I put both hahahahahaha! Aparently worked cause I was approved without interview or RfE. Maybe you can pick one or wait to other suggestions

Based on your timeline, your wife arrived on January 26th with her K-1 visa. Her I-94 is expired so she is currently out of status. Not sure what you should write on that case.

Or you write "K-1 visa holder" and for the expiration date, you put the one on the I-94 (stamped). It should be 90 days after her arrival.

that's why I put both (even it was long) but I was also with my i94 already expired. Maybe just an adjustment of status applicant. But to make sure I used both
