My wife and I married in Canada in December 2012 while she was in US and Canada for Christmas. She returned to her home county after we married. She then applied another B2 visa on April 2013, and came to visit me and planning to stay for 6 months. I finally convinced her to start a life with me in the US instead of her country. I am an USC, if I want to apply AOS for her now, can she still stay her after her visa expired while the case is in processing? I know she should not leaving US while the AOS is pending, but if she doesn't leave, can she has her medical exam done in the US? Will it be a risk for denial to apply while she is in US? I saw quite a few people had success with it but I am still little worry. Thank you in advance for all the help. We are appreciate for any comment and response.
