Hello my case completed 27june so coud be aigust...but i am scared from age gap and not able to have kids ....im lost with these topics for ppls who denied thier visa.. because of that i have dozen of proofs but can any one make me cool down litl bit

Stop focusing on the negative and focus on the positive. If you have a bonafide relationship walk in confidence to your interview and know you have favour.

2004- Met online. Started a great friendship
2009- Decided our friendship had turned into something major
2009- First Official Visit and when we officially started dating
July 1st,2011- We got married!!!
USCIS
September 14,2012- Sent In I-130
September 20,2012- First NOA
September 25,2012- I-130 transferred to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case.
May 18, 2013- NOA2

NVC

February 21,2014- Case Complete

MONTREAL EMBASSY

April 14,2014- Interview (Administrative Review for passport renewal)

June 17,2014- Visa Listed as Issued

June 20,2014- Visa In Hand

July 27,2014- Port Of Entry

USCIS - California service center

09/17/12 --- I-130 sent to Phoenix mail box
09/20/12 --- NOA1 recieved via e-mail (CSC)
09/27/12 --- NOA1 hardcopy received
01/24/13 --- Called USCIS customer care and found that case was transferred to Local USCIS office (never got notice of it)
03/18/13 --- Submitted E-request as the petition is officially 180 days beyond
03/18/13 --- Tier2 ISO told the petition is at NBC.
04/01/13 --- We received email confirmation abt the E-request that we put in 2 weeks earlier
04/04/13 --- Went for infopass appointment at local office and they approved my petition and sent it to NBC
04/08/13 --- Received NOA2 today (date of NOA2 is 04/04/2013).

NVC Process

04/18/13 --- Called NVC for case number, they told that they got file on 04/15 asked us to call back of 20 business days
04/23/13 --- Called NVC and got the Case number and invoice identification number.

04/24/13 --- Sent DS-3032 by email.

04/29/13 --- Got AOS Fee email from NVC,

04/30/13 --- AOS Fee payment done online.

05/01/13 --- Send AOS documents packet by Fedex.

05/03/13 --- AOS Packet reached NVC.

05/06/13 --- Got Immigrant Visa Application Fee Bill Invoice email from NVC.

05/07/13 --- Packet IV Fee payment done online.

05/08/13 --- Send Packet IV documents by Fedex.

05/10/13 --- Packet IV reached NVC.

06/10/13 --- Got checklist email for i-864.

06/11/13 --- Corrected i-864 reached NVC.

07/01/13 --- Got new checklist again from NVC, but it was mentioned that we meet the min requirement to schedule an interivew, so asked us to

get the corrected i-864 to interview.

07/08/13 --- Got Case Completion email. ( Case completetion date at NVC is 06/28 ).

07/31/13 --- Interview date scheduled on 09/03.

thank you very much for your positive comments ........i was feeling worry just because of lot of ppls specialy from my country goes to AP hope that will not be mine and there is chance so i can get approved at that day .....

Helo Chloezilla, just look up to your timeline.. have you or your spouse contacting NVC to ask whether its already completed.. as i look at you that NVC received the doc since middle of Mei... its should have been completed..

All do respect this is already being done. This weekend i will merge data over the the August Interview. Next week will start the scheduling of interviews for August and its just nice for people to see things in one place that continues.

We started this so people would have one place to stop and see waiting times.

Once people get their case Complete they come over and wait for interviews so if possible can we try to keep everything in one place.

It's important going forward we have people to maintain and keep it going forward and keep people updated. And well thats me.

Here is current thread. just like NVC Flirs thread we star a new one each month. If you have case complete plz come and add yourself or let me know and i will add you. it really does help and a spreadsheet is forthcoming.Thank you.

Yes we have. We call about twice a week.

We were delayed due to the new AOS form then had an RFE - husband put people in household as "1" but should have included me, makin it "2". Sent that back on the 18th. Now we wait again!!

My first time writing on here..Have been reading this site for a almost a year now. Im the us Citizen waiting on my Danish spouse :) Im hoping as well for an August interview for him..last thing he had to do was to re-send an RFE on civil docs..that was 10 june we got notice and he mailed it right away back to the NVC..so far No word from NVC. Bless his heart he has been packing things and he set a medical apt to be ready for the approval of an embassy apt in Stockholm...Thank god for skype
