Jan. 09, 2013 ....NOA1
July 29, 2013 ....NOA2 ....6 Months and 3 Weeks After NOA1

NVC:

Aug. 07, 2013 ....NVC Received File from USCIS.

Aug. 20, 2013 ....Got Case # and Invoice Id # From NVC by phone

Aug. 21, 2013 ....Got DS-3032 form & I-864 bill by email

Aug. 21, 2013 ....Husband (Petitioner) paid AOS bill $88.00 Online - Wife (Beneficiary) email DS-3032 to NVC assigned Husband as Agent to received Mails from NVC

Aug. 23, 2013 ....AOS bill status: "Paid"

Sep. 04, 2013 ....Wife got email from NVC, DS-3032 Accepted.

Sep. 05, 2013 ....Husband got IV Bill by email from NVC, paid $230.00 online.

from what I can tell on the chart, your office is running like DC.. 6-8 months :(

No its not Steven b. Hes IN Mt laurel like me...went to another infopass tomvan ....I suggest u do too...found out mine is on an officers desk but waiting for a clearance check....go ti infopass

Ask for supervisor...hes very nice and will, help,u for sure

Hey ssingh, when was your last Infopass, how is your case right now? I did total 3 Infopass already, 2 times at Newark and 1 time at Mount Laurel, but nothing happened yet.

I went last Monday...my third one...I told them I wanted to speak to a supervisor...because the ladies in reception are soo mean. The supervisor was nice...told me my file was on a supervisor desk ...and I would have been done in may...but my name came up a an extra security check and went to a third party ...waitung followup...he told me give me 30 days...u should hear something...we need to check on

3rd party...supervisor is ...try again...talk to supervisor...tell them 6 months is too long....he will, make u fill, out a form that will,be priority ..

Ohh guys that waiting sucks ;( it's 6 months 5 days, yesterday it was my second anniversary without my love :( sometimes Im ready to give up and call my husband back but we spent too much money and time for that, and he has great job there so.. don't know how long I can handle

there is no reason to wait once you get past five months

also with some petitions delayed in transfer between uscis and nvc, it is good to have that contact already at the office.. unless of course you are okay waiting for things to happen
