I don't know. When some uses the phrase "release from custody" that usually implies they are "in custody" in the first place. I bet if you asked GZ to compare sleeping in his bed every night to being locked up and sharing a shower and toilet with 12 other dudes, my guess would be that he would say he is not in custody. And here I always thought that paying a bond meant that you were released form custody with a promise to appear in court. Maybe I'm wrong, but I doubt it.

ETA: Now while out on bond you are still considered under the supervision of the court, but I don't consider that being "in custody."

So I changed my mind and I will watch this a little longer until we go out. I am sure Val Erie and RG are happy that I took interest.

It would appear that the state is simply trying to discredit their own case and show everyone why they did not charge GZ to begin with. This next witness seems to be supporting GZ's story about his injury. Hard to believe they prosecuted knowing all this. Obviously just a puppet show for racists

Some people think Zimmerman was wrong to be following Trayvon.

He is quilty of that but it's not a crime.

Those people will not be mollified by this trial.

Well they're all famous now. I think that was actually the goal in the first place. Justice was secondary. GZ will probably have his own firearm self defense show on Spike or the military channel after this is all over. That is, if he's not doing time.

I think GZ needs to sue the State big time. He has been railroaded in the name of political correctness. No way any competent person would have charged him without political pressure. every thing the prosecution has presented has helped the defense. I can't imagine when the defense starts.

I wonder if the prosecutor knows what a shame it is giving the justice department the finger .

saint skittles parents would get the cash via wrongful death suit. but, everyone related to him could sue the state & media for the horseshit they've been put through & the damage to their family reputation...then just give george gifts or let him borrow their stuff.
