Regardless of what happens, the verdict is not racial or it should not be. Nobody should find him guilty to avoid that. That's worse than racism, that ruins any vestige of fairness we have left.

TM doesn't represent a race to me, he represents an idea of freedom I think was violated. Freedom to walk and go where the heck I want without being detained or followed based on suspicions. That's bigger than the 2nd amendment.

"Where the heck you want" does not include on private property hanging out under the awnings of private homes. That's bigger than any amendment.

If someone came up behind me and startled me I would try to put distance between us and warn them to back off if I did not know them,if the grabbed me I would try to push them off and retreat.

Then why does boxing have weight classes? Watch a heavyweight fight a flyweight. I mean, you'll never see that.

If you're street fighting it makes all the difference when you get to the ground.

Pounds equal leverage. In a standup boxing fight you'll know the difference being hit by an extra 50 lbs.
