Hello!!

I know that as the petitioner, I will be my fiance's primary sponsor, but I am a Peace Corps Volunteer until August. I will hopefully be starting a job shortly after arriving back in the US, but for now my father will be co-sponsoring. I just want to know if I am required to also fill an I-134 for the interview. I haven't heard people mention it, but I thought I read it somewhere along the way. We're trying to get everything in order for our upcoming interview. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Great topic!

I am in similar situation as you. for the past 2 years,I have been working in Montreal and I met my Fiancee there last year. I am still working there and planning to move back to Philadelphia after my fiancee Visa process is done. I am making well over the amount requirement and I have my canadian tax documents for the tow years(I don not if that will help me). I am experienced network administrator so I should be a able to get any IT job as soon as get to PHilly.I just do not know what to put in the I-134 form. My case is already at the US Embassy in Montreal, so I am freaking out

The petitioner always fills out a 134 (in your case to establish that you need a cosponsor) and then the cosponsor does one (each with all the required supporting documentation if it exists).

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
