USCIS acknowledged that they received my I-601A waiver package on April 18, 2013. My husband was scheduled for his biometrics appointment on May 15, 2013. We attended the appointment as scheduled but have not heard anything else. Has anyone gotten a I-601A waiver approval yet? I have read about them on an attorney's Facebook page but just wanted input from the actual people who have been approved, denied or RFE. If there is anyone who has received a decision on this waiver, I would really like your input. Thanks

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."
