NOA 1 recieved, how long will the NOA2 to be received and how long is the process of CR1

I don't need to move I got approved in 2.5 months .. the big penalty is Atlanta, dallas, and DC and I think Hawaii right now.. probably some others I haven't seen

hi vj, got a question for ya all, i filled my I-130 on march 12, got my file number on the NOA . but till now i still didnt get no answer, and i cant check my case online coz it says case cannot be found at this time in MY CASE STATUS !!!!

does any one know if thats normal, its already been 3 months???? thank u in advance

good news is you can always call and the tier 1 has to transfer cuz they cant see anything either!

if your petition is in a los angeles local office.. that would be very good for your noa2 timeline

you should spend some time reading the forums and getting to know about uscis

since august stand alone 130's go to nbc

nbc is swamped and forwards them to local offices between the 1 and 3 month mark

you can call uscis every two weeks or so and ask for an io

they will be able to tell you if and when your file is transferred

if it stays at nbc..4-5 months, but I doubt it will

so how long is the total months till you get your visa? is the processing slow now? i',m sorry i dont have that knowledge to understand some graphs in uscis. so i will have my NOA2 probably july or august if its take 4 mos

everyone is different i have been waiting 7 months and still no noa2 but i know some people who took less time and i seen people that have taken longer it all depends on a variety of things and luck

we are in the same situation. i got my Noa 1 and had my receipt number to use to check the status but it says not available at this time.. what did they say in the noa with u? mine said its approved and processing and i called uscis said that it is processing too
