Hello All:

I'm sending over the AOS documents to NVC tomorrow.

Here are the list of documents I'm sending to them:

1. I-864 (petitioner)

2. I-864A (joint sponsor)

3. 2012, 2011, 2010 tax returns (2 copies each case)

4. Certificate of Employment from both our employers.

5. W2 2012 tax forms

6. Cover letter

7. Cover page.

Will this be enough? Am I missing something?

Thanks in advance.

Your missing a lot.

Basically what you send your joint sponsor needs the same documents.

Like w2s, employment letter n their tax return recent one.

And when I sent in my aos packet it got delayed i recieved a checklist it wasn't rfe though.

I needed proof to show relation to my joint sponsor which is my parents.

I gave them my birth certificate which has both my parents names and they accepted it.

thanks for your reply momanuel.

I'm petitioning both my parents so I have 4 copies of all of the documents needed.

4 copies of W2s (joint sponsor and primary sponsor)

4 copies of tax returns 2012, 2011, 2010 (joint sponsor and primary sponsor)

4 copies of employment letter (joint sponsor and primary sponsor)

Do I need 4 copies of the cover page too? or I can put them in one envelope and put them together in one big envelope?

thanks again! :)

keep the 3 copies of each and send the originals.

Do t forget to give your parents the copies of what you sent for your aos packet because at the interview they will be asked to show it.

No one cover letter is good enough.

One bar coded cover sheet with the case number too

You also need to include a copy of the joint sponsor's proof of US citizenship/residency (so, US birth certificate, US passport, etc).
