So my fiancée lives in Kazakhstan and has had literally maybe 1 vaccination her whole life. Doubt if she has the paperwork for it. Her family has kept her away from vaccinations(by the way her mom and dad are both doctors). I want to keep her away from vaccinations if at all possible as well. Are you required to have certain ones to come here? I was reading the paperwork on the medical but it doesn't give a straight forward answer.

Thanks guys

None are required for a K-1 to enter the US. Some countries require you to go ahead and get the vaccinations that will be required for AOS once in the US. It is good to get them at the K-1 medical if they provide them so you can get them marked off on the DS-3025 and not have to see a civil surgeon once you are filing for AOS.

The only ones required for AOS are MMR, Tdap/TD, varicella(unless you had the chickenpox) and flu shot(only during flu season). You only need the first shot in a series to file for AOS.
