MY husband went and did his medical, when he went they told him he has an infection in his lungs. We had to go back three more times as ordered. They told him he has to wait until august for the results. We've already been approved my question is,What happens now? IF he does have an infection will that delay time for leaving? Will he have to go though treatment before leaving? Can they take his visa away from him for that?

They said they think he has TB. He hasnt gotten the visa yet but we've been approved. in august we'll know if he has it or not.

You won't receive the visa until his medical is clear.

If it is TB then treatment will likely involve a course of antibiotics for at least six months (and probably longer), and he won't be able to receive his visa until the doctor certifies that he no longer has TB.

Although you guys have been approved, due to the medical issue they are seeing they will NOT issued the visa until his result have come back with a clear answer as to wheather or not he has TB, and once that has been resolved then they will call you guys to let you know the out come. However, it the results come back positive with TB he will me on a medical treatment of 6 plus months, and until it doesn't get fix a visa will not get issused.
